Cherry is a 2 to 3 year old yorkie mix girl about 5 lbs.  Cherry is red and white (hence, the name) and very loving.  She is sweet, submissive, quiet and mellow.  No young children, please, teenagers ok.  Cherry gets along great with other dogs, not sure about cats. 

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see side menu for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
