Falcor, from the Never-Ending Story!  He is a Maltese mix, but bigger, about 15 lbs. and only 8 months old.  The sweetest puppy you would want to meet - but very energetic!  We will only place him with an active family with kids over 5.  His ideal home would be with a stay at home mom or dad, and someone who has the energy to deal with a young puppy.  Please don't apply if you are gone most of the day at work or school.  He needs companionship and not to be left alone, even with another dog as a companion.  It would be great for him to have another young, active dog to play with though.  If you think you can provide the ideal home for this sweetheart please fill out our online app.  We will only arrange a meet and greet if your app is approved.  $300 adoption fee includes neuter and all vaccinations.

YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see menu under "adoption info" for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
