Black female mini Schnauzer.  Millie, is about 4.5 years old and is about 12lbs. Millie, came from a terrible puppy mill in Lassen co.  She is not socialized, But shows promise. Millie, deserves a second chance.BUT CAN ONLY GO TO AN EXPERIENCED HANDLER. Such as a dog trainer, schnauzer expert/rescue,  canine behaviorist  or similar. YOU MUST HAVE A SECURE, FENCED YARD TO ADOPT ONE OF OUR DOGS.  PARTIAL FENCING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.  Please see menu under "adoption info" for an explanation.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
