Meet Ginny, a beautiful, wolf-sable Pomeranian who is about 5 years old.  Ginny is a bigger pom at about 9 to 10 lbs.  She is very calm and good-natured and loves, loves to be the center of attention.  Ginny can be a bit feisty with dogs or animals smaller than herself but for the most part gets along great with other dogs.  So we are recommending that Ginny be placed in a home as the only princess or with other dogs her size or larger (we're not sure how she gets along with very large dogs though) and with someone who is able to give her daily exercise and attention.  Ginny loves all humans and just wants attention and love.

As with most rescue/shelter dogs, he or she may or may not be housebroken, or at the least need a readjustment /re-training period. If you are not able or willing to retrain a dog with housebreaking in a gentle, repetitious manner please DO NOT APPLY.  NEW DOGS REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING, TIME and CARE. MAKE SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THIS COMMITMENT BEFORE APPLYING.
